The title track of the EP is about two people sitting around watching the world collapse around them. The line used to me be "grab another beer" instead of "wipe my conscience clear". I decided to keep it classy.
lyrics
Rain fall sideways
Makes you wonder
Will peace be still?
Did you know him?
Fire and brimstone
With a twist of good will
With my own eyes
I’ve seen it
This is no facade
Part the storm clouds
Please be gentle
I’ve seen the face of god
Shattered windows
Signs and wonders
Wipe my conscience clear
Feel the wind blow
Hear the thunder
Oh, the end is near
Tribulation
Take a load off
Tell us everything
Revelation
This is no scoff
Did you hear me sing?
Clouds and darkness
Gather around him
Better watch your tone
Righteous judgment
Don’t be so grim
You are not alone
Shattered windows
Signs and wonders
Wipe my conscience clear
Feel the wind blow
Hear the thunder
Oh, the end is near
